Privacy Policy

Kivotra (Kildare, Ireland) is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at support@kivotra.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company stage and a short message. We also receive your IP address with the request, which is used to rate-limit abuse and is not stored beyond that.

Why, and on what basis

We use it to reply to you and to arrange a call. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Enquiries are sent to our CRM, GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc., United States), where we work them as leads. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the provider’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The site itself is hosted by Netlify.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact, and for two years after the last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@kivotra.com and we will action it within one month. If you are unhappy with the outcome you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Terms & Conditions

This website is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract; engagements are governed by the written proposal and agreement signed with the client.

What we do and do not promise

If a promise isn’t on this page, we don’t make it. Press coverage depends on editorial decisions we do not control: we do not guarantee that any particular publication will run a piece, that coverage will appear by a given date, or that it will produce a specific commercial result. The placements shown on this site are real work we secured or built, presented as examples rather than as a forecast.

Content and marks

The design, copy and code of this site belong to Kivotra. Publication names, logos and photographs remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify real coverage.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.

Cookie Policy

This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does not profile visitors. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so browsing the site does not report you to a third party.

The one exception is the booking calendar. When it loads, our scheduling provider may set its own cookies to hold your place in the booking flow. If you never open the booking calendar, that never happens.

Because we set nothing that requires consent, there is no cookie banner. That is deliberate.

Disclosure Policy

Some of the press coverage we secure is paid placement, and some is earned editorial. We treat the difference as material information, not a detail.

  • We tell every client, before work starts, which of the two a given outlet is.
  • We follow each publication’s own labelling rules for sponsored and partner content, and we do not ask an outlet to omit a label.
  • We do not claim editorial endorsement for paid placement, and we do not describe paid coverage as if a journalist sought the story out.
  • The placements on this site are marked with what we actually did — whether we secured the coverage or built the piece.

If you want to know the status of any specific placement shown here, ask us and we will tell you.
